Hello, I’m Ines — a Tunisian-born, Mediterranean-at-heart home cook with a French soul and a Morocaan twist. I live just outside Tunis with my Moroccan husband and our three children, surrounded by olive trees and the aroma of something always simmering on the stove.
I grew up in Mahdia, a small coastal town where food was slow, fragrant, and full of memory. After studying literature in France and falling in love with croissants and poetry in equal measure, I returned home, built a family, and continued the most beautiful conversation of my life — the one I have with food.
I speak Arabic, French, Italian, and English — and each language shows up in my kitchen, in my Mediterranean recipes, and in my heart. I also teach French at a local middle school, which keeps me grounded and reminds me daily how much love and patience are required in everything worth doing — especially cooking.
My Mission As a Mediterranean Recipes Lover
My mission is to bring real, joyful, soul-nourishing Mediterranean Recipes into the kitchens of busy home cooks around the world. I want to make slow cooking approachable, vibrant flavors accessible, and cultural tradition something to celebrate — not complicate.
Through every recipe I share, I hope to inspire others to eat more colorfully, cook more confidently, and live more intentionally. If it’s simple, full of flavor, and cooked with love, it belongs on your table — and mine.
