Ingredients
2 shots fresh espresso (2 oz)
2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese, room temperature
6 oz whole milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Brew 2 shots of fresh espresso and keep hot
In a small bowl, whisk together mascarpone, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth
Heat milk in a saucepan until steaming (not boiling)
Pour hot espresso into serving mug
Add mascarpone mixture and stir gently to combine
Pour steamed milk over mixture, stirring as you pour
Let rest for 30 seconds
Dust top with cocoa powder and serve immediately
