1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, lemon juice, olive oil, cracked pepper, garlic, and salt. Toss well to coat.

     

  2. Let the shrimp marinate for 15-20 minutes in the fridge.

     

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer.

     

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
