What You’ll Need:
2 pounds snow crab legs or king crab legs
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
6-8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sea salt (for cooking water)
1 large lemon (for cooking water)
Instructions
Here’s How to Make It:

Fill large pot with 2 inches water, add salt, lemon juice and bring to boil

Steam crab legs in steamer basket for 6-8 minutes (snow crab) or 8-10 minutes (king crab)

Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan over medium-low heat

Add minced garlic to butter and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes

Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper

Serve hot crab legs immediately with warm garlic butter for dipping
Notes
Things to Remember:
Make sure crab legs are completely thawed if using frozen.
Pre-cutting the shells with kitchen scissors makes eating much easier for everyone.
Don’t overcook – you’re just heating them up since they’re already cooked.
