1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¾ cup mozzarella pearls

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add orzo and cook until al dente (7–10 minutes).
Drain and rinse the orzo under cold water. Let it cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, combine orzo, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and torn basil.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss gently until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
