A rich, flavorful compound butter made with sweet fermented black garlic. Perfect for finishing steaks, vegetables, pasta, and bread with restaurant-quality flavor that anyone can make at home.

What You’ll Need:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

6-8 black garlic cloves, mashed

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Here’s How to Make It:

  1. Take black garlic cloves out of their skins and mash with a fork until smooth

  2. Mix soft butter with mashed black garlic in a bowl

  3. Add salt, lemon juice, parsley, and black pepper

  4. Stir everything together until evenly mixed

  5. Roll in parchment paper to make a log shape

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using
